Exchange Policy

At 360degree.store, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must not be listed under non-returnable categories (such as intimate products, hygiene items, or customized goods).

2. Exchange Process

  1. Submit your exchange request through our website or by replying to your order confirmation email.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you on how to return the product.

  3. After the returned item passes a quality check, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

3. Exchange Options

You can choose one of the following:

  • Exchange for a different size, color, or design of the same product.

  • Exchange for store credit equal to the value of your original order, valid for your next purchase.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include:

  • Personal care and wellness items

  • Intimate or innerwear products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items bought during clearance or final sale

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • In eligible cases, reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.

  • For certain pin codes or heavy items, you may be required to self-ship the product.

  • Shipping costs for the new exchange item may apply unless mentioned otherwise in promotional offers.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will prioritize your replacement at no additional cost.

7. Policy Updates
