6. Undelivered Packages / Return to Origin (RTO)
If your order is returned due to non-delivery (customer not available, incorrect address, or refusal to accept),
you may be charged a reshipping fee to have the package sent again.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos and order details.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
